The text below is the legally binding version. Where the headings or summaries we provide differ from the body of an article, the body controls. We've tried to use clear language wherever possible — if any clause confuses you, please contact us before agreeing.

↑ Back to top2. Payments

↑ Back to top3. Email delivery

↑ Back to top4. Push notifications
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) — EU and United States. Delivers push notifications to the mobile app. Processes the device's push token and the content of the notification.
↑ Back to top5. Error monitoring
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — United States. Receives technical error reports from the application so we can fix faults. A report can contain the address of the page, browser and device details and, occasionally, data that was on screen when the error happened.
↑ Back to top6. AI-assisted setup
Anthropic PBC — United States. Used only when a business asks the Services to build its services or forms from an uploaded menu or price list. Processes the uploaded image or text. It is not used for End Customers' data.
↑ Back to top7. Website chat
Tawk.to Inc. — United States. The chat widget on our public website (not inside the application). Loaded only after you accept the corresponding cookies. Processes what you type into the chat and basic browser details.
↑ Back to top8. Sign-in and maps (independent providers)
If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, that provider confirms your identity to us under its own terms. Maps and address search in the application are loaded from OpenStreetMap services, which receive your IP address and the area or search text you look at. These providers act on their own behalf rather than as our sub-processors; we list them so the picture is complete.
↑ Back to top9. Transfers outside the EU
Our primary data — the application and its database — stays in Germany. The providers above that are based in the United States receive only the limited data described for each of them. For those transfers we rely on the provider's participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where available and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
